Can order be placed on phone?
Yes, we do take orders on the phone. You can call us on +91 9716139224.

Delivery

How long will my delivery take to arrive?
Delivery usually takes 5-7 working days, subject to your area code. Customised products take around 15 days to be delivered, based on the requirement.

My order has arrived damaged. Who do I contact?
We are really sorry if you have received your order damaged. Please contact our customer service team on +91 9716139224 between 9 am to 7 pm Monday to Saturday. Alternatively, you can email us on info@binkymart.com

Only a part of my order has arrived. Why?
In rare occasions, few of the ordered products are unavailable. In such situations, we try to deliver the orders in parts. In such situations, you will be duly informed by our customer service executive.

What do I do if my delivery hasn’t arrived after a specific time?

Binkymart uses three courier companies – DTDC, FedEx, Delhivery

Why is my payment rejected?
In some situations, payments can get rejected because of server issues. In case of a rejected payment, our server will notify us the same and our customer care will get in touch with you to help you with the payment process.

Can I still make a payment if I do not have a credit card?
Not an issue at all. You can make payments on Binkymart using various methods
    Credit/debit cards
    Netbanking
    Paytm wallet
 Alternatively, you can transfer directly to our account.

Does Binkymart sell pets?
We at Binkymart only sell pet-related products. We neither sell any pets nor do we endorse selling of pets in stores. Binkymart actively encourages the adoption of abandoned pets from pet shelters and individuals.
